Refractory Bricks

Paras refractory bricks have high fusion point which makes them withstand high temperature without undergoing any change in structural properties like melting or softening.

We are a global leader with wide range of refractory products and accessories. Our fireclay bricks are generally applied to heating environment with temperature maximal around 1400°C and can customized upon request. They are used in kiln, lining furnaces, fireplaces, fireboxes, boiler, incinerator, over, dryers, oven, and many more.

PARAS REFRACTORY BRICKS AND FEATURES

Some of our refractory bricks include but not limited to:

Ordinary Fire Bricks

  • natural fire clay with a mixture of crushed clay and sand;
  • 50-75% silica and 20-40% alumina with fluxing matter below 10%
  • good quality acid refractory lining to furnaces; and
  • resists up to 1600℃

Silica Bricks

  • has 95% silica
  • used for the acid lining of furnaces for producing glass; for the walls and arches of basic open-hearth steel furnaces; copper melting furnaces

Ganister Bricks

  • has 85% of silica and 10% clay with an addition of 2% of lime
  • hard, compact and rigid at a high temperature of 2100℃

Magnesite Bricks

  • has 85% of magnesium oxide,3-5% iron oxide, and the balance lime and alumina
  • used as the basic lining of furnaces

Dolomite Bricks

  • has a high percentage of dolomite
  • good substitutes for magnesia bricks in furnace lining. Serpentine is used to improve their strength
  • resists temperature up to 1400℃-1600℃

Bauxite Bricks

  • has 86% Bauxite
  • resists up to 1600℃

Monolithics

Paras offers a complete range of monolithic formulations such as conventional, medium-cement castables, low cement castables, ultra-low cement castables, quick dry and sol-gel no cement castables, insulating castables which include basic ramming mass, gunning material, acidic ramming mass, plastic, and mortars for all kind of industries such as:

The production capacity of Paras’ plant is able to fulfil customer needs and requirements running into 10,000 MT monthly.

Apart from items which are manufactured through pressing route, we have highly equipped precast and pre-fired plant that manufactures critical items in different locations.

We source for best raw materials from industry and world-acclaimed suppliers. With the help of most-modern technology, we have been able to provide monolithics with improved performance for diverse industries.
